Start: parking lot of the Therma Municipal Hydrotherapy Centre

See:After 2 km, you arrive on a small plateau that can be reached with a 4×4 vehicle. Leave the car in the parking lot to join the clear path, which follows the traces of the old one and climbs the mountain. Walking in the shade of oaks, you will see the yellow sign of the international hiking trail E6 which leads to the green and shaded Martini oak forest.
Once out of the oak forest, following the tracks of an old path, you continue to climb on bare ground, without trees, and you arrive at Kalamithria, an area where the Alpine Club sets up its summer camps. From camp to the top, the journey on rocky ground without vegetation is difficult and requires effort. You arrive at Aghia Sofia and, from there, walk on the crest line to the peak. The view that is then before you comes as a reward for these long hours of walking.
