See: Running in the Xiropotamos valley, the path runs along an irrigation channel that waters the region’s olive groves. It takes us to the fields irrigated by Xiropotamos, a traditional dairy-cheese farm and the small village of Makryliès. It leads to the picturesque Xiropotamos Falls which flow into a beautiful vathra (the local name for the island’s small lakes) where you can take an energizing bath in the summer.
