See: 9.8 km circular route 4.25 km of trail, 4.45 km of dirt road and 1.1 km of paved road. Of medium difficulty, the path starts from Chora, the island’s beautiful historic capital, rises to an altitude of 596 m, offering a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. Along the way, you can discover small stone chapels, remains of hamlets and prehistoric settlements – including a pottery centre -, the ruins of an old water mill, a small stream of drinking water, and go back to Chora.
